His girlfriend Melanie Martin stated in a statement, “We are still in the process of embracing this tragic truth.” You can’t imagine how much it means to have your prayers and support.

Since Martin was going through a rough patch, he requested some space. Carter was the sibling of Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys.

Aaron’s Party (Come Get It) and I Want Candy are just two of the many successes he’s had since his early 2000s debut. He’s opened for Britney Spears and his brother’s boy band.

A deputy with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department named Alejandra Parra claimed that they were called to Carter’s house in Lancaster, California, at about 11 a.m. due to reports of a medical emergency.

When deputies arrived, they discovered a body inside. Apparently, a house sitter discovered the guy in the tub and tried to revive him, but to no avail, as reported by the authorities.

At the time of reporting, authorities lacked information necessary to determine the death’s precise cause.

Carter’s first album, simply named Carter, went platinum. With the help of smash songs like “Aaron’s Party” and “I Want Candy,” his second album, released in 2000, went triple platinum.

Disney and Nickelodeon often played his videos. In the same year, he was the opening act for a Backstreet Boys tour.

The musician has a resume full of acting credentials thanks to his guest appearances on series like Lizzie McGuire. Along with his brother Nick and cousins BJ, Leslie, and Angel Carter, he appeared in the 2006 season of the E! reality show House of Carters.
