New Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts Mouse Pads Are Available for Pre-Order
Recently, Square Enix announced that pre-orders for new gaming mouse pads featuring designs from both the Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts series are now available. If you’re a fan of Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts and want a little bit of those JRPGs on your desk, these mouse pads are for you.
New Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts Mouse Pads Are Available for Pre-Order
The year 2022 is a monumental one for both Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. In comparison to Kingdom Hearts, whose 20th anniversary was in April, Final Fantasy will celebrate its 35th year of existence in December. Square Enix has been active in announcing new content for each series to celebrate the milestones. Both the next Kingdom Hearts game and the next Final Fantasy game will have updates announced for them. Official items and paraphernalia, like as these mouse pads, are also part of the festivities, so supporters can show their support even in their own homes.
Mouse pads from Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts may be pre-ordered now, per the official Square Enix goods Twitter account. The new styles were shown at the website that was tweeted about. Final Fantasy 8, Final Fantasy 9, Final Fantasy 10, Final Fantasy 12, Final Fantasy 13, and Final Fantasy 15 all make appearances on these mouse pads, as do spin-off games like Advent Children, Dirge of Cerberus, and Crisis Core. The Kingdom Hearts 20th Anniversary Key Visuals are featured prominently on the mouse pads, with some of the gorgeous stained-glass artwork from the series.
The square mouse pads are priced at $34.99 USD, while the circular ones cost $18.99 USD. Fans will have to wait until around July 2023 for shipping, however, so they can finish up their personalised desktop setup. Several people expressed interest in the products on Twitter, while one user noted the shipping costs were high. Some fans are dissatisfied with the artwork Square Enix has used for its Final Fantasy games since the business has only issued a single design for some of the games in the series.
Square Enix is expected to make additional announcements as part of the celebrations, but there is still some time until the actual anniversary date of Final Fantasy. I’m hoping that some of the upcoming announcements will include more official products and merchandise, such as these mouse pad designs for Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. Many fans of both franchises are probably just waiting for the chance to fill their homes and offices with official Square Enix merch.
