Genshin Impact Leak Suggests Itto Re-run Alongside Wanderer in 3.3
From the looks of the latest Genshin Impact leak, the next update will feature five-star Geo user Arataki Itto on the update’s primary banner. In the future update, the game will include two new characters: the five-star Anemo user Wanderer, and a new four-star character known as Faruzan.
Recent additions to the cast, such as the well-liked Dendro Archon Nahida, are often paired with a re-run character like Yoimiya, demonstrating the game’s growing popularity of such pairings. By using a double banner, Genshin Impact players may recruit two rare five-star characters in the same banner cycle.
The famous Wanderer, formerly known as Scaramouche, and Itto’s re-run are both confirmed to debut in the first banner cycle of Genshin Impact version 3.3. This was revealed by Uncle Lu, a well-known Genshin Impact leaker. The last time Itto ran was in patch 2.7, however many players chose to ignore his banner in favour of supporting the new Hydro user Yelan, who also debuted in that update. He is a vital member of the illustrious Geo party since he is the only five-star DPS character in the game who employs the Geo element. Since Itto is useless off the field, he is called a “selfish” DPS.
When his elemental burst, Royal Descent, is active, switching to another character instantly ends its effect, reducing his damage output. In addition to Itto, players should focus on obtaining Gorou, a four-star support who may be used to play around a Geo DPS unit. Since this has always been the case with Gorou’s previous appearances, we can expect him to ride in under the same banner as the Arataki Gang leader.
Some viewers claim that the fact that Itto is paired with Wanderer, one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact, is the only reason they will not root for Itto. Recent beta leaks indicate that he will introduce a brand new playstyle to the game by allowing the player to float above their enemies with the help of an elemental skill.
Wanderer is speculated to be a new DPS character with significant sub-DPS potential, though HoYoverse has yet to confirm his role within a team comp. With his flying skills, Wanderer will be an invaluable companion on their journey through Teyvat. Version 3.3 of the game is expected to be released sometime in the first half of December, per the usual update schedule.
