Fortnite Details Final Weeks of Season 4 and Chapter 3 Finale Event
The final few weeks of Season 4 of Fortnite promise to ramp up the action, so make the most of them! Not only is the current season of Fortnite coming to a close, but so is Chapter 3, with its reality-shattering, catastrophic “Fracture” finale event.

The last few weeks of the third chapter of Epic Games’ free-to-play battle royale game have been quite eventful. Skywalker Week began the month of November, and it brought back Lightsabers and E-11 Blaster Rifles from the Star Wars universe for a limited time. Along with a new item and a limited time mode iteration of Big Battle, the Rocket League-inspired Octane was added to Fortnite with the v22.40 update last week.
Fortnite’s “Fracture” Chapter 3 Finale Event will be a “social experience unlike any other,” according to a blog post on the game’s official website. Although there is little textual information for players to go on, the event artwork depicts a series of chrome tornadoes tearing apart the island, with the mysterious character Bytes clinging to a ledge for dear life. Chapter 3 of Fortnite’s “Fracture” event will conclude on December 3, 2022, at 4 PM ET. Participation in the playlist begins 30 minutes before the scheduled start time and continues until 4:40 PM ET.
Players who log in to Fortnite between December 2 and 4 will receive the Toasty Roast Emote, which depicts a player toasting marshmallows over a fire as a celebration of the conclusion of the game’s third chapter. There are still a few weeks until the end of Chapter 3, but Epic Games is making sure that time is well spent. From November 22-29, Avian Ambush Week returns with new chicken-themed quests and an influx of so many chickens that they outnumber all the other animals on the island. All players can earn Level Up Tokens by completing Bonus Goals during the themed week.
The current Fortnite event, Avian Ambush Week, will end on February 4, and Bargain Bin Week will return the following week. In order to get players to spend their remaining Bars before the season resets, the prices of all Bar-accepting items on the island are drastically reduced. Additional Bonus Goals for Level Up Tokens will be available this week, in addition to the normal weekly quests.
As the “Fracture” event’s likely conclusion is a brand-new island, players should make the most of the game’s current offerings, such as the Let Them Know Emoticon and XP that were released for free in celebration of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
